19 Jason Castro HOU C B+ Semi-odd .235/.366/.235 line for Castro. Not good enough to get him to Houston just yet.

13 Shelby Miller STL SP A- 8 IP, 11 K to date. Spectacular 2009 with 176 K in 123 IP - 12.9 K/9.

14 Madison Bumgarner SF SP A- 6-3-2-1-1-3 on Mon. is a huge step forward after 11 ER, 21 H in first 7 IP.

2 Carlos Santana CLE C A He's a machine: .375/.457/.750. In related news, Lou Marson: 2-for-22 as CLE starting C.

8 Justin Smoak TEX 1B A 1.095 OPS through Sunday and with Chris Davis struggling, a promotion could come soon.

9 Chris Carter OAK 1B A .838 OPS qualifies as a slow start for a guy who put up a .992 mark a year ago.

12 Dustin Ackley SEA OF A- Just 5-for-46 to open his career, but 8:5 K:BB and aggressive move to AA..he'll be okay.

22 Austin Jackson DET OF B+ Power still isn't there, but he's been much better than I expected.
