Hey everyone! Welcome back to Fantistics as we all gear up for another season of fantasy baseball. This year I’m going to try and reach out to the CDM/Fanball portion of our audience and write a few blogs dealing specifically with the Diamond Challenge game. The Diamond Challenge game is a salary cap fantasy baseball game, and this year the grand prize has been doubled from $25,000 to $50,000. You can find out more details about the game at Fanball.com.

So, starting next Monday (February 23rd), I will post a Diamond Challenge related blog to gear you guys up to make a go at that Grand Prize! I’ll take it from there, maybe posting something every Monday or every other Monday leading up to the start of the season as we all tailor our teams to perfection. I haven’t decided on the format. Most likely I’ll attack it by dissecting a couple of different positions each blog post, and I might reserve a blog post or two just to talk about general strategy for those who have not played the game before or are looking for a new approach. Depending on the success of that, I may also post a few in-season DC related blogs.
